Excellent location, beautiful spa facilities, the most stunning view out of our room to the mountains and over a lovely little stream. Even though we were in the separate building across the street, the view was outstanding. The pool is incredible and they even bring out watermelon slices to cool you down in the afternoons, which was so sweet and unexpected. They provide a lovely welcome Hugo spritz AND had the most incredible guitar player one night that had us stay up way too late to not leave him. There was also a gentleman who would play piano in the afternoons (still not sure whether he was a guest or worked with the hotel) who used to play at La Scala! He was wonderful and so sweet and kind. Still wishing my Italian was better so I could have better expressed how amazing he was.

We came for our anniversary and the staff was so welcoming. The location to the trails and the food was exceptional.

We did the half board and the food was amazing! the facilities are so nice and great for a relaxing vacation.

Fantastic food in the main Bad Moos hotel restaurant, including a long afternoon tea with soup, pasta, cakes, fruit, tea/coffee included. Excellent buffet selections for appetisers and desserts plus themed dining nights. Music in the lounge a couple of nights per week. The Muhlenhof is a separate building, with less luxurious rooms, but it has its own ski racks & boot heaters, and you have access to the main hotel’s superb spa, wellness and pool facilities. Charly’s free Sauna/Wellness programme is wonderful. The Rotwand Lift is right at the hotel. Bus stop too with very regular services to Monte Croce, Sexton, San Candido and Dobbiaco. Handy if you get too tired to ski back.
